Our Staff
We also pride ourselves in providing compassionate, personalised clinical care to our residents. Many of our staff have been with us long term because of their passion for caring for our residents. Staff are involved in regular training and many are studying for the Nationally recognised certificate in Caring for the aged.
Quality Assurance
Archer
belongs to the Industry aligned organisations like NZ Aged Care
Association and the Retirement Villages Association, to keep up with
the best practices in care and services for our residents.
Audits are regulary taken out for Finance, Clinical Certification, Retirement Villages and ACC Health and Safety.
In
addition to this it is a member of an independent Australasian
benchmarking organisation to independently verify the quality of care
and services provided. Over recent times Archer has regularly achieved
a top 10 status in NZ and Australia for the care and services it
provides!
